- REFUND POLICY. Refund is immediate if you are dissatisfied or an item is out of stock, unless you specify otherwise. But it would be wise to let us know how long you will wait for the back order.
- SUBSTITUTIONS. We will not automatically substitute unless you tell us to do so.
- FABRIC SERIES. Be sure to order the correct amount of each piece of fabric as bolts are being ordered on the "Short Bolt" basis and will not be reordered unless there is enough demand for it.
